Wisconsin, what a wonderful festival

We visited the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival.

Oh, what fun it was.

I took a class in felting, what I call a ” polical correct hide”. We learned how to make a rug or lab blanket out of a sheared fleece. It was a wonderful class taught by Becky Uetecht. I learned a lot. The weather was great the whole weekend. There is nothing better than the smell of sheep and the company of fellow spinners and knitters.

Next weekend we will see you at The Northcounty Fiber Fair in Watertown, SD.

See you there.
